Here is a Weekly Meal Plan, the example here is for me! A post-menopausal women in her late fifties who exercises moderately and who wants to maintain a healthy weight. The carbs are low each day and I try not to eat between meals.
We will be putting more example meal plans on this site for various body types and diets. In the meantime do download the plan and fill your own week’s meal in. It is always very enlightening.
