A Cup of Tea

Often when we feel we are in need of a snack we are simply thirsty or cold. Hot drinks can easily take the place of a snack so we can go for a longer stretch between meals. Do bear in mind anything we consume stimulates insulin –more so when the carbs are higher – so it is better to have drinks that don’t contain carbs. Think of black tea, black coffee and of course water.
